Rwanda | Nyamasheke: Preparations for civic education training underway

While in a meeting on Monday 14//01/2013, which was aimed at preparing for the youths’ civic education in Nyamsheke district, the district leadership laid out different activities that will be done to make sure that this training goes on well.
This meeting was to find out what was needed during the training, and therefore find ways of getting such before it started.
Charles Bahizi the Vice mayor in the district in charge of the economy said that “this meeting brought in many people at different levels concerned with this act of training in order to make it a success”.
The training that will start on the 21st/01/2013, and then end on 21/04/2013 will see youths that have completed their higher education in the year 2012, get knowledge that will be very helpful to them and the country as a whole.
This training will see youths participate in voluntary activities that are beneficial to the whole population of Rwanda.
Activities carried out during this period will depend on the four pillars of the government that are good governance, economic development, social welfare and justice.
“All these activities are for the benefit of these youths and do not involve much but with good results to the country”, as said by Jean Chrysostome Hakizimfura concerned with Civic education training in Nyamasheke.
